From what another user told me earlier in the thread, apparently the MC dies at the end of the first update by sharing his lifeforce through necro sex to revive the girl, so maybe the NTR is because she is getting fucked afterwards or something.

Welp, this is why I never try games when they first come out, glad I trusted that and didn't download this one when it first released. Thought the idea was kind of cool. Girl dies, but isn't really dead, just mostly dead, and the Mc shares his life force to being her back... and then she repays that by fucking someone else I guess. Insane.

actually it was originally a pass but I went through a couple pages of posts and found out the "corpse" was not a correct description of the girl. They described her as more undead, since vampire VNs don't bother me I figured I would give it a shot and see which was the game leaned.
However, NTR is, yes... to far. Some people might like watching their girl get railed by other dudes and if you are one I would be happy to rail your girl for you, however it is not something that makes my dick hard to watch. Normally, I am a to each their own kind of person but since there is A LOT of judgy people here re: dead vs NTR I would take corpse fucking any day of the week over NTR, there is something wrong with NTR folk.
