Really enjoyed your alpha test.
was decently enjoyable, although I hope the combat becomes a bit less like rock paper and scissors, and becomes more fun later down the line, but as of right now, I think the alpha test is pretty good.
Adding more mechanics, perhaps debuffs that carry on past encounters, that you will need to deal with one way or the other could be an idea, to make the game a bit more engaging.
Also its a tad bit annoying to go to the healing tab, to use the mental skill, lower arousal every turn, then leave tab to go into the attack tab. Perhaps add that specific skill to be right above your lust? for easier access, since I imagine this is going to be a skill used quite frequently
Perhaps adding item use, and or a shady shop with shady items, that may work properly, or backfire. You could also have her expose herself or do an embarrassing gesture to get said item. Though this would, i imagine, be way later in development if you like the idea or not.
Adding more dialogue would be nice, but again this is an alpha build so I think what you delivered is good enough.
You probably have already checked out/played some of these games I will mention, but they could be good reference for some ideas.

The breasts feel a little off when naked in the idle pose, I'm not sure why, I could honestly be overreacting/imagining it, so you can ignore me if you want, and I would be fine. Also probably lower the eyes a tad, as they seem a bit high, from what I've been told the forehead is usually 1/3 of your facial height, although at the end of the day you can just say its part of your artstyle.
My worst enemy is the homeless dude who ends up cooming 3 times whenever im grabbed, so I end up being defeated by his cooming expertise. darn him, darn that coomermancer

I read that you are adding a way to potentially escape grapples, so hoorah no longer shall the homeless be my bane.
an idea for the grapple escape, if you do like the idea of adding items, is have her able to smash or hit them with all kinds of misc items when shes grabbed, as they "lower their guard." Some items can do damage to them, others could add a debuff that makes them more likely to attack a certain way, just an idea.
These are just ideas, in the end, add whatever you want in the game. Go with what you want in your work, because if you’re happy with it, others will probably enjoy it too. Don’t stress about adding everything I or others want, as I would like you to not get burned out on your own project
Btw is there a specific way to counter the thug that throws the aphrodisiacs at you? or will that be added in the future?
Lastly lipstick marks are peak, thank you dev for adding them
