What browser are you using? I tried in Google Chrome and Edge and no warnings. Firefox does throw a warning though.

I prefer Google and haven't gotten any warnings with it. On Linux or Windows. Maybe you should dl a Linux distro, run it live when you download a game. Yeah, I know it's a pain in the ass, but, it could allay people's worries about malware.
