A lot. Each build focus on one character where it goes all the way. So far you have sex scenes with 3 characters.
so when i speak with Bailey about Chad in the Afternoon, its Night after that and i can't leave the house and can't go to sleep anywhere

That happens if you are using saves from previous builds. Since the game changed so much you have to start a new game.
how to you trigger Bailey's cheerleader practice thing? I go at the field in the afternoon and there's nothing there?
