Yeah, I have an issue with playback... namely: the animations are working and I honestly wish they didn't...
Oh, yeah, the animations as they currently are suck and need a bit of work. I was just commenting for the people who are having issues getting these kinds of files to function at all which might help for other games with animations of better quality.

"Animations suck"? They are disgustedly-insanely trippy cause of AI art failure again...
but honestly, I think it has gotten rather good compared to just a year ago, good AI games will start to come out sooner than later.
what i don't understand is that literally every person on this planet can tell that the animations shown in the previews are poorly done AI slop.
so why post it?? who would jerk it to this?

I don't condone AI use, but at least this guy made the game free and is honest about the quality. In the end, and being honest, this is the same as pulling porn GIFs from the internet and making a sugarcube game around them.
Why post it? Everyone has to start at some point, don't they. The guy is a newb, cut the poor thing some slack

I'd rather them pull porn gifs. At least those don't look cursed. Being a newb isn't an excuse for using AI slop. Ai slop is going to look like AI slop no matter how talented you are. Well, the Achilles' heel about AI is that it's incredibly wasteful of our dwindling resources - electricity and water being the two biggest drains - and it doesn't produce anything of worth. It doesn't create. It just imitates. Whatever AI this game was made with is not that great.
That said, there is definitely AI at this point doing some REALLY GOOD animations and just because slop is getting posted here doesn't mean it is all slop. Just seems to be for some reason good game devs tend not to be very good with AI and some of the good AI guys aren't good with game dev. I also suspect those that are good at both aren't admitting it's what they're doing because if you can't tell then why would it matter right? All you're gonna do is get zealots complaining.

The gameplay here seems to be really lacking and there isn't much idea what to do from the start + a lot of this stuff just seems to be breaking (2 of the city locations just blackscreen). The fairy minigame doesn't actually seem possible to complete as there are no instructions and seemingly whatever I do I lose. Clicking on it appears to do nothing, which is generally what you have to do with these.
