If a project interests me in some way, I am interested in watching the development process. Mystwood Manor, when the game was still in development, I had the pleasure of going through it three times from scratch (not counting the playthrough after the final version was released). Unfortunately, two of the projects on the list are in the abandoned category, but that's an inevitable risk when you're dealing with projects in development. However, I'm sure Bright Past will be finished - the main storyline is almost complete.
yeah but i meant what completed games did you liked most here.

Completed Projects... This one's a little more complicated. You see, I don't perceive (pseudo)Japanese graphics (including HS and HS2), accordingly, a large part of the games just don't exist for me. Tags. I ignore all games with futa/trans content, gay, beastiality, scat, watersports, furry, sissification, superpowers, monster girls. As you realize, this also reduces the number of games I'm interested in. I never download games related to universities, colleges, high schools - over the years of working with students I have developed a strong allergy to them. So various Being a DIK, College Kings etc. don't exist for me either. Of the games I listed, three have been completed (Mystwood Manor, Adventures Of Willy D., and The Entrepreneur). Bright Past - 99% complete, I would also classify this as a completed project. And after much thought, I could only think of two completed projects that hit me in some way - Acting Lessons and Plastic Soul. The very popular Man of the House seems to me to be an apprentice work, while Mystwood Manor by the same developer is a much more mature work. I guess that's all I can think of. 10 games I can't find.

Completed games can be rare to find, and sometimes "completed" is in the eye of the beholder. There are some big games I love that have been sitting in a mostly complete state for a few years now, even though they still trickle out updates every so often.

I would echo what the other posted said that Faerin's games, Man of the House and Mystwood Manor, along with Willy D, are some of my very favorite that are truly complete. I consider Summertime Saga to be complete, even if its technically not. The games from NLT Media - Lust Epidemic, Treasure of Nadia and The Genesis Order are basically complete, but they're also basically a real software company, unlike most of the individual devs on here and its hard to compare apples to oranges.

In the end, being complete has never been that important to me. So long as its a good game and the developer is still making content, its not something I give much thought to. Holiday Island has had updates published on here since 2017, including this week. I'd much rather keep getting more content than have had it finished years ago with less. Max's Life, now on its 5th chapter, is probably my favorite thing ever in porn, of any genre, and its also been published since 2017, and he keeps cranking out content. I absolutely loved the latest update as much as anything I've played in a long time, and I don't want to see it end.

For me "Completed" sometime means that the MC can have sex with main Love interest. yeah somewhat story matters but in pure porn games i think hot animated scenes are the main thing and story is only a bonus.

For me it's just the opposite. The internet is inundated with porn of all kinds. If I just wanted a hot video of rendered sex I'd go to rule34video and do some digging. For me, a game with a good story and good scenarios that are interesting is what I like, the porn is a bonus.

For me, the big reason I enjoy games over other forms of porn media is control over the pacing and the ability to go back and forth and choose where I go and who I interact with next. Even if there's no real difference in how the story ends and all roads lead to the same destination. That's why sandbox or semi-sandbox games are basically my favorite type of porn, and I enjoy them a lot more than one-directional VNs, even if the quality is a bit lower between the two. It just works to trigger something in my brain, and other body parts, that makes it hotter and more satisfying for me.

If there are ten possible sex partners and I can bounce between their story segments and "level them up" one at a time, often in the order I prefer, and then go back and redo the sex scenes as much as I like, I'm a happy man. Ideally, that comes as part of a system where the player can gradually corrupt or persuade them all to be lewder and less conservative as the game goes on.

I enjoy a lot of what you are talking about as well. Where we differ though is that is the act of getting the girl that I enjoy more than the porn. Or, in some cases the act of the LI pursuing the MC. It doesn't matter if it's a VN or a sandbox, imo (though sandboxes usually annoy me). A story that sets up a scenario that I find appealing is more interesting than the porn. And honestly, most of the time the games aren't even animated or they're animated so poorly that we're back to my "If I wanted rendered sex I'd just go to another website".

Then, in very rare cases the sex IS the story. The sex leads to a result that is not easily conveyed visually.

In The Entrepreneur, the first sex scene happened in the fourth hour of gameplay, it didn't affect my perception of the game and its story. Speaking of games (more specifically, visual/kinetic novels), as an example of the antipode of what I prefer and appreciate is Reunion - over 30 LI, the MC works like a production bull... Well he dies of a heart attack and exhaustion. If I wanted porn, I wouldn't look for games with an interesting storyline, it's easier to download gonzo porn videos via torrent trackers.
In these games, sex is like spices in a good dish, it adds extra piquancy, nothing more.

After reading what you like, have you tried The Deluca Family? Non school, good renders, good sex, hot LIs, great story. And Luna's story put me on my back foot for a while. Actual feelings, which doesn't happen often.

A really good setup and scenario absolutely take a good game to a great game, no question. Especially if the dev is good at what they're doing, the why and how and relationship between the MC and the other characters absolutely adds to how arousing and satisfying it all is. And if they can occasionally throw in a surprise, its fantastic.

However, I do really want and need the things I laid out first, or I honestly tend to lose interest after a while most of the time.

Thanks for the recommendation! I've read positive reviews of this game (The Deluca Family) and will definitely look into it.

In a month (March 21), I will turn 60. Psychologically, I feel myself to be in the 35-40 range, I remain optimistic about life, and I look forward to the future with hope for the best. I have been married for 27 years, I have two children (already adults). I teach at university, specializing in elasticity theory and structural mechanics. You should not be surprised at my stay here - I am here looking for (and successfully find) games that allow me to distract myself from the daily routine, allow me to rest psychologically. Their plots have nothing to do with reality - for me it is a category of urban fantasy. And my spouse prefers Sims-4 ( with about 7000 mods).
Tell us how you fought in Vietnam, please.
