Select "Chapter Select" and click the lower left corner of the screen 50 times.

As I said before, better none than bad. And this is extremely subjective opinion of yours, I don't think many have an issue where they can't get hard without a sound. Maybe get that checked? Doesn't sound healthy.
As for the lasers, it needs bit different approach of imagining the feelings a bit rather than looking at pictures plain.
