Anyway shots have been fired. Anti-censorship communities are giving MasterCard and Visa the hell. Apparently the Hot Lines of MC and Visa gets spammed by people asking to stop censoring games.

Steam is doing that. They have gift cards and you can top up your Steam wallet.
But when some payment processor asks, they will remove the game without any questions. If they wanted, they could have easily changed the game "this game cant be bought with Visa/MasterCard. Use different payment method". But Valve doesnt care.

Also the sad reality about bypassing the payment processors with gift cards is it WILL impact the developers income greatly. So the JP adult games/ indie adult games might not think it's worth to port/ put their game in steam while earning a pittance (compared to normal) specially since adult / h games are already niche. Losing the mainstream payment processors could (estimated) hit the developers of the games about 80-95% of their potential income.

Hello gamers, I have made my own 4k 48FPS AI upscale of the steam version, meaning it's uncensored and has the official VA

Unfortunately there's no skin recolor like the original upscale. I personally don't mind the yellow/orange skin, but from reading the other posts it seems like a lot of people really prefer the recolor edit. I might be inclined to go back and make my own skin recolor version, but if anyone can share a good method to do so or knows how the first one was made, that would make me a lot more likely to do it

If you're wondering why it's 48FPS and not 60, that's simply because I couldn't get 60 to work with the program I was using. I think 48 looks fine for this sort of thing though, and definitely a lot better than the original 24

I also put in a bit of effort to get it below 5GB, so hopefully it is more convenient to download from mega. This included converting some of the images to jpgs, which then required some code modifications. So if anyone encounters graphics not appearing where they should, let me know and I should be able to fix it

Finally, I also am considering making a 1440p version for people who may not need the full 4k and would prefer a smaller download, but I'd like to know if anyone would actually want that before I spend the time, and it would probably be after making a skin recolor if I end up doing that

I will admit it's far from perfect, but I think it gets the job done when there's not a lot of crazy VFX going on

Edit 09/09: Remade with better recolor, also recolored a few images that were missed the first time

Easiest solution to get fullscren in any game is to download application called LOSSLESS SCALING.

That app works almost on any game. It will also improve the quality of images.
For example you can take really old RPGM games that show up in a small window and you can enhance it into fullscreen. You will not see terrible pixelated images like with typical fullscreen, but it will show pretty decent graphics.

There are 2 ways:
A) you can either download the reworked AI version from a comment above

B) Or you can fullscreen with the app called Lossless Scaling. Guide:
Step 1.) Download the app:

You must be registered to see the links

Step 2.) Extract the folder from archive (extract 7zip or WinRar or something else)
Step 3.) Run Lossless Scalling.exe
Step 4.) On the right side in the pannel "Scalling" change "Type" to "Anime4K". (default option is something like FSR and you change that)
Step 5.) Change "Size" to "Ultra Large". (This option is right under "Type" column.)
Step 6.) Start your game. (Agent Mirai)
Step 7.) Switch back to Lossless Scalling window and click on "Scale" in the upper right corner. Now you have 5seconds to switch back to the game (Agent Mirai). After 5seconds the game will go to fullscreen with better graphics.

I prefer the app Lossless Scaling, because it works on all games. And the app improves the graphics.

I redid my skin recolor, I'd say it looks quite a bit better now. Here are some comparisons if anyone's interested

Yes, I think the 1440p version will be useful to many ppl. At least for those who do not have a 4k monitor, and for owners of relatively old graphics cards. (Like me xD)
