From what I can see, dev didn't add new content, but remade the old one a second time, by adding new mechanics.
Raise the massage to level 2 max, then there will be a notification to find a massage parlor on the computer, and at that time, the sexbar will be displayed again.

in v0.22 you have to go to Saphire IMMEDIATELY after buying ice. dont do any other actions like talking to anyone else
If it still melts it might be a new bug if you are already playing v0.23

I tried to put it together, but there aren't enough pieces for the rightmost column. I don't know whether this is a bug or a feature.

It's a bit unintuitive, but you need to first cum inside her mouth in addition to doing all the other stuff to fill up her meter to full. Then in 2 nights when she visits again, she starts out with a little lust meter that lets you get to full and have sex with her.
