Honestly, a true hidden gem. I played it from start to finish in one sitting, and by the end, I just wanted to see more of it. The story and the world it builds are really well done. The art style is probably something that will push a lot of people away, but for this genre, I think it works perfectly. The characters have a lot of personality, and the game overall feels very complete.
I definitely recommend downloading and playing it if you’re looking for a good story and some messed-up CGs within the horror genre.

This is not going to be your typical quick gooner game. I went in expecting something short and simple, but ended up sinking over six hours into it. If you’re after an actual game with a genuine story, this delivers, long, engaging storytelling and surprisingly a lot of content packed into just ~500 MB.

The storytelling here is surprisingly strong. The CGs are solid, but honestly, this plays more like a horror-puzzle adventure with porn CGs rather than a short, purely adult game. Think of it as a real game first, with the CGs content woven in, rather than the other way around. Didn't get hard at all for the second half of the game

Holy shit that was amazing so glad I finished it and didn't abandon it this time. Wish things were a bit more clear though it was really confusing all the way through but the stuff at the end was really helpful and nice. I'm guessing the dev is a Russian which would explain why everything seems so miserable in the world they imagined. Also would have liked more sex scenes here or there.

Depravity, debauchery, insanity... that is the core of this tale, but once you get closer and closer to the end... your appetite will grow without being satisfied.

Many roads were shown, but almost all of them lead to the same place, while sometimes you can not even interact with the world properly.

If you forgot a code for the 3rd floor (which is the game's problem), 3689 it is.

But the journey was overall fun. Try it, if your mind and heart are open for unnormal things.

Really good atmosphere and worldbuilding. I appreciate that it doesn't rely on any cheap jumpscares to deliver horror. Even though its ending is wonderfully open-ended, I selfishly wish we got a bit more closure. Overall great game!

Story is interesting but the artwork is just grotesque. Like "ask my 8-year old brother to use MSPaint and draw tits and dicks" kinda grotesque. I'm really hoping some will replace those retarded cartoons for AI art or something, because as it is right now the game is simply dumb

Another RPGM game where the developer "forgot" to add a function to hide the UI. 50% of the sex scenes are covered by the text box, so that you can't "enjoy" the scenes.

The scenes then on the other hand aren't animated, which is a no-go for an RPGM game. You litterally had nothing to do than drawing pictures and animate them, since the engine and everything else is already existing.

The MC is swearing a lot, it almost feels a bit cringe, and this game loses the opportunity that a lot of works like Silent Hill or Calm Falls (which off this game is clearly stealing from) do right: To slowly introduce you to the horros and build up tension. Instead you wake up in the horror world and the MC just casually experiences it because he's been there a thousand times already.

This is how not to do a horror game, and also not how to do a NSFW game.

What a fantastic game.

The story is so unique and interesting, the setting is bizarre and weird, the characters are fascinating (especially Dolo), and the sex scenes are fantastic. I love how grotesque some of the monsters are. It really adds to the appeal.

A lot can be said about this game but I don't want to spoil anything. Play this even if you don't like the look of it initally. I didn't at first but the story really drew me in. Drink your tomato juice

The game was a magnificent experience considering most of us propably come in for the faps but stay for the interesting story and characters. Its extremely rare to find something like this where u get a genuinely good game all things considered in a industry such as this.

Pros: Characters- were interesting with good dialogue! was one of the strong points of the game.
Story- was interesting even if it isnt some third eye opening story, it was told masterfully! the developer has a talent for telling a story in a subtle way giving ques and clues here and there that are just vague enough. it was my favourite aspect of this game and was VERY well done!
atmosphere - it was amazing! The horror and the almost morbid-like curiosity u have when exploring and triggering sound ques were my favourite thing in this game. you almost never see this in RPGM games especially where the surroundings evoke this levelcuriosity to see more and explore! This was done the best in this game and sits comfortably next to Black Souls as my 2nd favourite RPGM horror game. Kudos!

Cons. Gameplay itslef is mostly exploring, maybe it was the goal. combat is next to irrelevant and could use some spicing up or make it so that theres more of it and ties to the story better.
!!Endings!!- there were frankly too few endings in general. Considering the lenght of the game we should definetly have an happy ending-ending to those who solve all puzzles and do all the correct choices, even if it ties to the story better to do the ending as done in "True Ending." it leaves one empty after using so much time and tought with this game and its mysteries, just to finish it like that. Could argue this is a matter of taste so feel free to disagree.
Sex scenes- Frankly waaaay too few scenes. The world was interesting and filled with all kind of characters and monsters that would have allowed for way more sexual encounters! you can easily clock in over 10h yet u see so few scenes in comparison and especially the lack of more options with important characters to have sex with was not used to its full potential.

in conclusion: This was clearly one of the first projects made by the dev and its an instant classic. Speaks volumes of the creative talent of the creator! It was a mediocre eroge but an outstanding art piece of a mysterious and horror filled game! Honestly the game charmed me with its mysterious and horror filled world and subtle ques that kept me guessing and thinking constantly, wanting me to unravel the secrets and lore of it all. If somehow the developer ever sees this i genuenly hope u continue working in the game development and hone ur skills more because u will 100% some day deliver a masterpiece. Will it be eroge or not doesent even matter, writing and usage of enviroment and sound with just twisted enough creatures and characters was beautiful. I had a very good time, thank you!!!

Strictly speaking, I don't know if this game is… good.

I'm definitely not sure if it's good porn, for that matter.

But what this game definitely is… is fascinating. It's in many ways an old-school RPG Maker horror game, in the vein of Yume Nikki or The Crooked Man, but with its own bizarre, idiosyncratic tendencies that give it an ambiance I've never quite felt in a game before. Once I started playing, I was utterly captivated, and just had to keep going to see the madness unfold to the very end.

I can't put my finger on exactly what it is, but there's something about this game that makes it unmistakably Russian. There's a general atmosphere of weary, resigned misery that perfuses the entire work.

Every sex scene in the game has this stilted quality to it that walks the fine line between seeming incompetent and seeming intentionally off-putting. If the goal was to make a sexy game, I think it undeniably fails; nevertheless, this game would also somehow be incomplete without the sexual content. At many points, the sex doesn't even seem like it's enjoyed by either party, more like… an obligation, either for the sake of the plot, or maybe for the sake of the player. It adds to the overall ennui on display.

I'd go so far as to characterize Agony of the Healthy Sleep as a kind of… outsider art. The creator is undeniably a talented artist and developer, and I think this game is worth seeing through to the end just to see an utterly unrestrained creative vision on display.

But serious, this game is VERY heavy on story, so don't try to skip even if it just a small part. And the sex scene is good, but not the main focus so if you play this game just to fap then don't, Dolo will cut your dick, for real.
If you like horror puzzle games, this is a perfect game.

Lovely little game, well written and with great atmosphere. Sex scenes are nice too, even if there aren't that many. I've seen the dev say they can't draw but I dissagree, I genuinely think the artwork fits the game very well. It's got style and creativity, you don't need to paint masterpieces for it to be hot.

Honestly one of the most unique and engaging games on this website. It's both strangely and effectively erotic, while having an engaging world and engaging story. This game should be mentioned alongside games like Supernatural, as a league of their own. Fantastic stuff, can't wait to see what else this developer comes up with!

Finished the game some time ago, I loved it a lot so I'm back to leave a rating.

Unlike some other game where it could just be a Renpy/VN game but made in RPG Maker for whatever reason, this game, uses the RPGM to good use to bring the horror part of the game.

The story was interesting, and the game was fun (both the humor and gameplay).

Excellent RPGM horror game with a really interesting plot and art direction. You can tell the dev put a lot of care into this game. That being said, I would not recommend playing this for fap material as the themes and horror elements are probably too much of a turn-off. However, if you're looking for a well made game with some sexy elements, I strongly recommend giving this one a try.

I'm gonna play Devils advocate for this one. Firstly I think the game is genuinely good, if you're a fan of horror with a really good well written story then honestly this is a gem for f95zone. Unfortunately for me, I saw big boobs and Milf and jumped straight in.

In-terms of enjoying the fap material the art is amazing, although you will have scenes which are kind of big turn offs to say the least. Playing throughout the game I consistently wondered if the creator could make a story this interesting but also in a more light-hearted setting? As first and foremost I'm reviewing this game as a PORN game and I couldn't see myself enjoying the H content without dreading going to sleep and experiencing the plane. If this was a standalone steam release which was 18 rated it honestly would probably do well, the maker definitely has passion and talent for good story telling and thematic setting because half way through I pretty much stopped enjoying the H content and just played for the story, which for a lot IS FABULOUS, but for me... there's a reason I'm on f95zone lol.... which I feel like is where most of the audiences opinions will lie when you post your game here unfortunately i.e. less focus on body horror, general horror and more on the porn aspect, although I know this is general critique for this unique game, it's where most of the successes lie for popular games on F95zone.

If I was to ask the developer a few questions they would be:
1. With such heavy focus on story telling and horror why bother with the porn aspect? As someone who loves RPGM games I can tell when a game has effort put into it, and the trend for these types of games is less on the mechanics and story and more on the H content, wouldn't a standalone horror game of your design be more popular? Genuinely curious.

2. I know this is a first project and I haven't seen much of your new game, but would you be interested in a non-horror H game? (I seriously believe that even if you put in a quarter of the effort you did for this one it would definitely be a hit on this site.)

3. Are you solely focused on Horror?

Good ol' RPGM quirkiness here lads! What was initially downloaded for a curious wank quickly became an earnest interest in the lore and driving plot presented by the developer, despite the roughness.

Honestly, we get less soul from some higher-budgeted H-games, and rarely get writing this effective. Though some might find the H-content a bit lacking, it's incorporated well into the narrative and does a good job of catching your attention.

If you're curious, this is well worth the time for fans of horror and more avant-garde games, and a solid recommendation for those that love RPGM games.

this is a masterpiece for sure, been a long time since I played a porn game for the plot and gameplay this shit is pretty much hentai undertale only thing I am kinda sad about is the ending because everything gets explained pretty quickly still for me its 9.5/10
