And I wouldn't even play an AVN if there was no incest or at least a patch, so it's probably an incest AVN by default meant to be played with the i-patch anyway that only exists to get around Patreon's bullshit (ie probably incest first then re-written for Patreon, most won't notice as only 3-4% of F95 plays an incest AVN without the incest, so probably not much attention/effort was paid to the Patreon version of the dialogue). It would be better though to simply not use Patreon in the first place and use some other platform with no patch necessary to avoid the awkward-dialogue confusion. Sure, most devs with no spine and dollar signs in their eyes bend a knee to them and try to carry on by cranking out mostly shit good enough for Patreon but then isn't worth subscribing to anyway due to being watered down to hell as far as lewds and kinks, but some go elsewhere and still do fine while sticking to their vision (write whatever you want uncensored as originally intended with no patches required, other than maybe loli ones for here to get around Rule 7).
