I have only found Makoto archive to have one corrupted file. I checked archives in WinRAR with testing and none of those show problems with unpacking. Need more precise info.

First of all, thank you for your dedication in both updating and maintaining the collection.
Second, since you asked and no one bothered to reply, all files were ok after downloading them over here as well (Pixeldrain + 7-Zip).
