Not all of them are just .psd files, check if the post has been imported more than once.
Look at this post for reference: "

These are the newest files imported for this specific post and, as you can see, it's almost empty. Now, if you take a bit of time to check the older imported files here: "

", you'll find all the files that were previously missing.
Notice how the URL changed with the addiction of "/revision/4909691/".
You could also make the .gif file yourself with the extracted .png frames of the .psd file.
If you want to try and find an archive with all of this dude's animations, your best bet is to fish for torrent files on Ex-Hentai.

I tried to use exhentai but I am unable to access that website.

Please God make a Black Hanekawa video. Easily the sexiest character but for some odd reason so overlooked by fans in the Monogatari series.

I don't think she's overlooked, mate. Senjougahara may be more popular — but Monogatari, even in its popularity, doesn't have that much fan content in comparison to mainstream media.
