The game has some intriguing story aspects. The revelation of Armand being Ayame's father, the implications that Arthur is Jack's biological father, the crime rings that Melvin and Sato are involved in, the zombie drug that Robert and Clarke are investigating, and the goings on at the local hospital. All juicy material for the sequels. I'm already looking forward to them. The trickiest part about writing for this game is how to give the player just enough, and at the same time save the good stuff for the sequels. Also writing dialogue for a virgin Ayame can be kind of uneven. For example, in the Swingers route, when Dan is having sex with Ayame next to a tree. Dan expresses surprise when Ayame tells him that she has never had sex with anyone else other than him and Robert. If you have Dan take Ayame's virginity, then he should not be surprised by this. There are also some dialogue in the other routes that make Ayame sound more sexually experienced than she should be, especially if you're playing her as a virgin. In all fairness to the developers, I don't think they expected the game to get as big as it did, thanks to all the fan input. The whole virgin Ayame thing didn't seem like that big a deal. Looking forward to the final version of the game, with all its final revisions.
