Damn. Time is a lot slower than I imagined. Thanks for letting me know.The game now gets monthly updates, but none leaked it here for a while
While the last patch here was the halloween one ( end of october), they released a patch before christmas and another at the end of January, with the next one coming at the end of February!
They must be really locking down any leaks then.

Im not sure if a solution to this was already put but I am unable to move after starting a new game. My character moves to the left and gets stuck. Additionally when I go to the menu screen Only the down and right arrow key responds, I can not move up or use the left key to adjust any sliders. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!

How is it possible that this question still keeps creeping out?
In the OP there is info on how to unlock full gallery.
The last patches are free roam stuff so there is no story progression either.
And finally to top it all off the version have saves included in folder "saves for 1.04" . (unless uploader removed them for whatever reason).

because i change my pc with all the save and the ''saves for 1.04'' is not complete , so when u dont know dont speak for nothing and i dont want to unlock the gallery i want to play the game
Don't really make to much sense to just ask for a save - You need to be more specific of what you want because of the way this game branches out - That said it makes little sense IMO to get a save midway through a route and miss all that content & story.
The best I get get you is a day10 save(which I have attached down below) - Where a lot of the routes spread out and start from + a link to the flowchart for all routes so you can find out what you wanna play -> Guide
I'm having the exact same issue even after reinstalling in a clean folder doesn't matter whether its new game or a save
Same place you found your old save from. Diary folder. Same location for a long time.

You better believe it. Just check their Discord, social medias or patreon and subscribestar to see the fanbase of HS is loyal and loves the circle.
No. You have to use Windows in a VM or via Bootcamp.
I'd recommend Parallels Desktop as for virtualization or just installing Win10 via Bootcamp (better for MacBooks).
If you use M1 Mac, there is no way to get it up and running.
