the differences are bug fixes there is no more content beyond the dlc they are working on what I know is that the kagura games version is no longer delayed and is more or less in the same version as the heaven studios version
The one who played the Kagura version was missing content while the one who played the Heaven Studios version was up to date. I guess the delay is because Kagura is a Chinese publisher and has to translate the game that is natively in English into Chinese.

i dont know about the game, but it's been in a development for many years and developer did finish it so regardless of the outcome, they delivered what their promised like a man, unlike 80% of the devs in this site who just abandon project or go radio silent for months and years inbetween the updates. This alone is respectable.

- Easier replay-ability function.

Sure the main game have been finished for some time!
However the Shota patch just dropped a few days ago, with around 30 scenes in it by itself.
