The game is not only bugged and empty as hell but also badly built. I had the same issue ages ago and I just quit afterwards.
I did the same a few years ago due to bad Program, but this game is really really good.

Why am I here? The very rare occasions I am here (check my activity) I come to see what's new and what devs I think might be worth supporting so we can actually keep good games around, not everyone is a fucking useless brokie leech.

How to unlock nurse route? According to the guide, I've entered free roam and have "morality 70 or less".
Talked to receptionist in townhall but the nurse job option does not show up.

Open menu, go to system, enable mouse control.
I strongly suggest to download and use MagPie, to resize the window without destroying the image quality.
