I got a few questions:

1- Is it possible for Ayame to cuck Robert and have him raise illegitimate children without him knowing? If yes, she can do that with which partners?
2- In the Dan Garcia route, is it possible to end up either with permanently trading partners (Dan getting Ayame and Robert getting Adriana) or with Dan Garcia getting both women to himself?
3- Which routes have pregnant content and/or ending?

1) I think in the BBC ending it's implied he does.
2) Yes, both cases. Robert can end up with both and Dan can end up with both. Route splits, your choice.
3) A bunch of them. BBC as mentioned. One of Melvin's. Hobos. Father-in-law. Maybe more but don't remember them now.

I'm trying to run the renpy version on joiplay but it keeps crashing immediately past the initial loading screen

Works with no problems on joiplay just use Zarchiver to extract it. After that navigate to the game.exe tap it and open it with joiplay or open joiplay tap the plus in the bottom corner write a name and choose the game.exe.

That was iirc for RPGM.
If you use Renpy try the latest version of JoiPlay from Patreon there you hold the games icon -> go to Edit -> try to change the Renpy version sometimes chaging it works but dont take it for granted.

I notice in the OP there's DLC for both beast and shota, but the latter isn't on the DLC flowchart - is it just a few scenes and not an actual route?

Yeah I like Nympho Priest but even if it finished (in 2035) I still won't give TB money at this point lol (not just him with early access milking but biggest example)
So I can respect heaven studios for not only doing an engine change without restarting all the progress but finally finished it

For the poor souls who are facing the same situation as I did, here's how I resolved the issue.
Do note that this is not really an ideal way, and if you have a better solution, please lord, post the solution here !!

1. Download ren'py for macOS.
2. Extract and copy it somewhere ... do note that you would be using this everytime to launch the game, so copy the folder somewhere you can easily access.
3. Open terminal and run this command (make sure you are in the renpy-sdk folder).
./renpy.sh launcher set_projects_directory ~/path_to_your_desired_folder
4. Extract the rar file and paste the folder to this path: ~/path_to_your_desired_folder (same path as above)
5. Launch the renpy (the one with logo) in renpy-sdk folder.
6. You would see Alansya Chronicles ... click and launch project. Enjoy~~
