If i finish the gracias route ? Can i continue to melvin or sato route ? Or will be game over .

Its even weirder considering there is quite a bit of exhibitionism in the game already and as others have stated a whole patch dedicated to it. In the end it should be something like 10-20 scenes.
You will have a couple of opportunities to opt-out when playing the Garcias route, and if you continue down the route it will lock you in it - If you do opt-out of the Garcias route, you cannot rejoin it.

Tried looking in the thread but didn't see it, in the Recollection Room - the Sato A Great Actress scene is missing most of the images, in the game it played ok. Is this a known bug with a fix?
Yes that was already reported some time ago - but thank you.
It is fixed in the newly "v1.0 Final Release" which have just released on patreon.
There are some informal text to go alongside the update on patreon - It's not a full changelog however.
When 1.0 Final is leaked at some point - you should be able to see for yourself

I just wanted to say I'm very glad that I waited for this Final release. It definitely lives up to the expectations and forward-compatibility with DLCs is very welcome!

No - Like explained earlier:
Now that 1.0 Final version is out - The plan is to do a complete spellcheck / grammar check on the whole game(Alongside DLC content). What that is complete, the game will be sent to Kagura games to make the steam version.
To my knowledge when that is done the search for voice actors will begin(some are already found - but voice for Ayame is not).
To my knowledge there was nobody 100% found for the role.
In the beginning of the development of the game however, there was a few test tries for voice by Trina Duhart.
I can see the homepage that hosted the voice sample is shut down - She have a random youtube test voice ->

That said I think Starke want to try other voices, to find some that fits a bit more on Ayame(Japanese'ish if possible).

Are there any plans to release this game on mobile because I dont own a computer and id like to buy this game? Its a great game but its disappointing that i'll never be able to play it because i dont have a computer.

I think the only Lesbian Scene in the game is in the Garcias route, and even a side route not the main route - So if you go that way then no you can't skip it.
With the current amount of income this game makes, no. If the team gets bigger in the future then perhaps.
