Well you might be right!... but its a bit prematurely to judge the content and the story of the DLC since its not finished yet.
But I agree with you that I also like those premises more you mention... but I honestly don't know how the Shota DLC will play out.
- Judging from all the DLC spoilers it looks like the boys will force/persuade Ayame till they get their will.... but I might be wrong!
- It's a standalone story, so when it comes out it properly won't be that much time needed to finish/complete it so should be easy to check out if one likes it or not.

Because several characters act differently depending on the route, not just ayame, like the sister in some routes just wants to hurt her sister and in others they are best friends due to some revelation, and robert in one of the family route knows all about what his father does and in the others he dont so whats up with that?

The multiverse is explained in the beginning of the game, so yes its different realities.

this game is just like all the others out there. everyone in town is taking advantage of your char, and of course like ALL of the others she wont even mention it to hubby. people will walk up and just grab her tits and she'll stand there doing nothing. why is "knee them in the balls" never an option? people will rape her and does she tell hubby? nope. shocker there. and why is call the cops never an option when someone rapes her? what rape legal in their world? this game is just another in a huge never ending line of women brutalizing bullshit. how about something original. say a women char that actually acts like a woman and not a walking sex doll.

The tags at the top of the page are a big clue to what kind of game you're playing. If I were you, I'd avoid playing games like this in future.

You need to explain why then, people have already given full guide to installation.
- If you have installed RPGmaker vx ace it should work.
- If you can't install it RPGmaker, it won't work, and that's just how it is.
- It will ONLY work on PC, not macOS or android/iOS.

As alternative, you can buy it on steam + install the Kagura patch and play it there!

Did you enjoy your first 30 games? Ever considered that playing 1000s of them might be the issue, not the lack of originality?

Alright.... so please tell me how the story would continue. The woman get's raped, tells husband, they go to the police... and then what? how would the story continue? And keep in mind it's still a porn game so your audience expects sex scenes and that it impacts the future story.

having a few issues with some quests, etc first is i cant go to melvins pub says i must work things out with sato
BUT every time i go to the 24/7 store sato is never there so then how am i to complete the quests?
then theres the homeless quest i cant go in because of clyde is there a work around?

There's two stores and you can't continue the homeless path until you're far enough into the game to have reached the freeroam section.

I have found this game just now and looks good. Is ntr avoidable? I mean can you play it without getting nterd with good choices? I honeslty do not care and will try it either way and probably love it but just out of curiosity for replayability.

As far as I remember, this game has Normal Route where you get married on Robert (MC's boyfriend), but in this case I'd say you miss around 90% content.
