It seems that it was released on patreon, but for some reason the download is listed as a $20 tier benefit?

He usually sends the updates as private messages too, so maybe wait until someone else who has a $10 subscription shares it.

edit: It was delayed for tomorrow.

Looks like there is some delay, because i'm 20$ patron and didn't seen anything yet, so i suggest to wait.
