I also can't get any of the sex animations to occur, even after getting my HP to 0 (though, the mod says sex is supposed to heal you)

in the options you can deactivate H Content. Check if thats the problem guys.

We could go for parody route, like maybe using different title name, or using character name, or blah blah blah...but still contain the Alien Quest:EVE's vibes; Something like
Harry Potter series <=> Witch trainer, or Innocent witches
