It has both M/S and B/S (Starts out with A/N and FC/MC and B/S but after further knowledge it becomes M/S B/S for all family members.

Not in part 1 but it has it in part 2, you can see the girls who are pregnant using the dev console but its not showing in the game yet. This could be just not set to show yet or bad coding for it.

That's a lot of titles... but many seem to be just VNs or RPG Maker games, do you have any recommendations for games that are more proper sims? Something that would fit my "requirements" outlined in my thread where I seek such titles:

Stuff like Hazumi and pregnation, but animated and even more detailed (with cum inflationt too, effects like more cum in womb = higher chance for impregnation), with very high replayability value (ideally with multiple girls, dating elements, customization).
