Thanks. I've been busy lately, but I updated with the most recent comments from you guys. Thanks.
However, this one mentions they are Foster family, which I wouldn't normally add to this list, but the game seems to let you customize what to be called.

Yeah, at first glance it looks like it's foster, but if you leave the customization field blank (well, almost blank, it has to be single space IIRC), it defaults to normal family - I believe that's the way it meant to be played :cool:

There's already the choice to impregnate, it hasn't gone anywhere beyond that.

But IIRC none of the impregnations (all optional, including several non-related girls) have had any impact in game yet.

Sister is a yes and soon the mother and the FC will also be added, maybe in this next update for the cousin.
Will have to wait and see, the mother maybe 1-2 more updates from now.

pretty sure i have played a few that aren't on your list but here is 2 i could think of.
Haley's Story B/S (can't remember if they show her prego or not but one of the endings has the sister pregnant with the MC's kid and they talk about it a fair bit)
Now & Then F/D (its an adopted daughter that the MC raised since she was around 8-12 years old idk if you put that on your list or not)

Now & Then is off the list because of the adoptived/step daughter.
NO STEP-RELATIONS, unless there's a patch to make it actually related.

Right now it's impregnation + announcement.
However as there is a teacher, who can be impregnated earlier in the story, has belly and there's also pregnant sex with her. I guess one can expect the same treatment for mom and sis :cool:
