Both SS and patreon have been no contact from the dev since may 12, itch.io is blocked and been that way for awhile now.
As per F95 rules this game should be marked abandoned.

Which is sad, because that dev had some really good ideas. And then second-guessed themselves and redid the game. And then third-guessed themselves and redid the game... *sigh* They never made it out of version 0.1.

Outside f95 there Crusader King (2 & 3). And rimworld, both already support inbreeding in vanilla but their 18+ mod list are quite extensive.

Strive for Power. Start with B/S and then F/D down the line for as long as you want to go.
Only problem is its text based.

Strive Conquest, right now its only F/D as many times as you like on down the line also.
You can build and name with MC's last name the free npc you get at the beginning with MC's last name but it does not show they are related. Another text based game.

Peasant's Quest, F/D but only goblins or imps are born and then there is the B/S that you can have at least 4 kids with maybe more than 4, don't remember been way to long since I played.
Pregnant belly sex from start to finish.

Oh man pesent quest is much more than than there is your goblin kids army. other female character you can impregnant one where you can have sex with your daughter and possible impregnation

They might not have the "spicy content" mod. It's a bit more hidden than the usual ipatch in my experience. I played for awhile without it since I didn't realize it existed but enough obviously "missing" scenes eventually clued me in.
