They did exactly do that though. For me personally 2 products from Studiopirrate are not available anymore, to buy or download. And it's all over the net that happens to a lot of people with Games/Content. Geez I mean even Steam didn't Panic like that.
I understand it, it's their livelyhood at stake. You don't throw that away easily for integrity. I won't delete my account but Itch will go on the Gumroad/Patreon etc. list.
Very unlikely I will buy anymore. Not a big loss to them or me really, I only use it for Porn anyways.

And before you ask. I don't use Steam, I have a Mastercard still for the 2 things I have no other choice for, switched to American Express for most things I need a credit card for otherwise(JCB or Discover are sadly not available here).
Oh, Mister Reaper here. Bonjour.

Someone has created a feed where users can submit itch.io links to delisted adult games, offering a temporary workaround for the ongoing shadowbans. It's still relatively quiet for now, but with more contributors, it has the potential to become a valuable resource.

Thing is the delisting isn't as problematic as the permanent deletes. You can't fix those this way :(

For those who wanna help archivating game-links, here are some links that might help finding games:

There might be more tags:

Don´t forgt to have /nsfw/ inside the link or you will get games not related to porn!

Also, don´t forget the Wayback Mashine on Archive.org shows the past!

Also don´t forget to cut of on half of the link!, for example:

I am just waiting until all NSFW business goes crypto. Pornhub was neutered by mastercard years ago, then patreon. Quite a few AI chatbot sites I have been using have been shadow banned by masterbard/paypal. Seems like a good time to go crypto. Feels like some darkweb shit lol
hope you know those two are trying to already strong arm they way into crypto lol

The Visa-Mastercard monopoly has already been going after Japanese outlets like DLsite for half a year now, though...

Case in point: "DLSite just deleted the 'petite' tag and blocked off access from overseas " - X (Twitter)

I even suspect that this is how Collective Shout and like-minded agitators got the idea. "Hey, why not turn them against Steam and Itch.io as well?"
I am aware. But supposedly the japanese government is fighting back against those things and protecting their market, no? Last i've heard, the japanese people are doing just fine purchasing stuff from DLSite and the like. Seems like it's only foreigners who are having trouble.

Unfortunately this is and is not the case.
Japan creators are also having trouble selling and buying stuff on DLsite.
I am a seller on DLsite but I keep on getting emails of payments and search tags being blocked for specific content.
This was sent to me on 25/2/4.

DLsite / EISYS, Inc.

Dear Circle

If you are using DLsite from a specific country or region, you will be able to select a list of your productions
We have decided to restrict you from displaying and purchasing.

We are implementing this as a measure to ensure that international users continue to use the service.
Due to our service, the sales channels for your works will be narrowed

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
View and sell in Japan is as before.

We would like to continue to deal with the important works of Mr. Circle.
Thank you for your understanding.

-----
DLsite always had payment problems with western card companies.
Japanese bank processes payment just fine but is blocked with master/visa/paypal.
Unfortunately master and visa cards are widely used in JP and the rest of the world.
But fortunately DLsite did not bend the knee because its website is mainly built up on adult content.
The government of JP also trusts freedom of content as you can see a lot of JP congressmen are not happy with this.

As a seller, I know that they cannot even send the money directly to the creators so they put a empty shell company in order to pay foreign creators on DLsite.

Could F95 become the main hub for publishing and supporting indie games? I'd love a similar site where games are free, with paid content like DLCs handled through services like Subscribestar. It just needs a more user-friendly interface with proper game pages for listing new titles, allowing for further page customization and better thread layout. In my humble opinion, F95's SAM is already easier to use than itch.io.
