oh boy, first we had sweet baby trying to kill every type of media, now we have Collective Shout trying to make most men stop fapping and searching for a girl, that mostly reject people and have lots of requirements. I really dont know what they think, if they want to kill the porn game industry, maybe, just maybe try to encourage the prostitutes? at least these woman would get the help and approval they need, and also help men who doesnt want to enter in a relationship, but also want to at least have sex. I know that sounds personal, but boys, we need to normalize this type of thing, we NEED to talk about sexual life, because statistics show that less people are having relationships, and its both man and woman fault. I am genuinely upset.. I worry what will happen next. Will Steam just remove all of their 18+ games? Will we see them start targeting anime? I have seen a lot of people online denounce these games and say that we are perverts or losers for enjoying them, but humanity has a need to coom. I think that these payment processors don't know who they are messing with. I know there are millions, hundreds of millions of us and we can come together to make our voices heard. This isn't just about us, it's about artists and developers losing their income. It's about the death of art. It's about freedom. I will try to figure out how we can fight back against this but for now, stay strong my friends. We will not be silenced.
In Germany, Steam blocked almost all adult games for german players a few years ago, so what you fear has already happened in that country.
And they went to great lengths to achieve this; even VPNs don't help german players get what they want from Steam any more.
Why is that? Essentially for two reasons: 1.) The stupid german government 2.) Steam is too lazy to introduce an age verification system, so they don't give a damn about german players.
I don't know man, after Google asked me for photo I.D a few years back.
I've pretty much accepted that if it comes down to that again, I'll have to live without that account.
With how much data leaks these companies have and the precedent set for retroactive laws.

I've updated the letter templates you all can send to your government representatives. I want to express the idea that petitions are easily ignored and rarely lead to change. I cannot stress how important it is to directly contact your representatives, just a simple email is all it takes. You'll be speaking to someone who can really make an impact and you won't be just another signature on a petition buried between much larger petitions with far more signatures.

Actually i don´t care if anybody knows that i am playing porn games on my computer.
The whole Itch.io thing worries me because it harms developers, who then stop developing their games or making porn games altogether because they have no way of earning money from them.
As far as i know only Patreon and Subcribestar are left now, perhaps some smaller ones too, but i bet they are the next target.
