Since I don't like international mega-corporations telling me what to do, I'm downloading as many of those banned games and playing them, just because they don't want me to. Switching to cash everywhere I have that option, and demanding that any site I use provide alternitive payment providers. I'm also writing every politician in my home country, regarless of whether I voted for them or not, demanding payment processors be regulated, making it illegal for them to refuse any one from using their service unless that individual is not paying their bills or scamming or defrauding people. My suggestion to the developers of the banned games is to make them available for free everywhere they can, they wont make any money of it but it would turn the payment providers actions into a gigantic self-own. We have to stop this right now, before they ban something we care about.

Only possible saving grace will be a constitutional challenge for 1st and 4th amendment violations. Then again Congress may not even bring it to the floor and it'll die.

They might not be able to use the 1st amendment against Visa/Mastercard. But they can use the Sherman Act, or other Anti-trust legislation. Visa and Mastercard are a duopoly in one area (payment processing), and using their power to exert control over another area (Video Games). They are using their power to restrict trade and business.

While they have 'no skin in the game' for video games and art. They are still attempting to exert control over other areas of business. And that's probably against section 2 of the Sherman Act, and maybe section 1 as well. But it would require the DOJ to file an investigation, and then press charges. Or someone with deep pockets to do so.

It's Marsha Blackburn at it again. She's the sponsor this time. The last version of this bill passed overwhelmingly in the U. S. Senate last July, 91 to 3. But House Speaker Mike Johnson refused to let the House vote on it, despite Marsha Blackburn trying to pressure him. President Biden supported that version of the bill, which apparently died. For the May version, it doesn't seem to be seeing a vote in the Senate yet, which it will need to to move to the House, where Mike Johnson may sit on it.

It appears new Senate Majority leader John Thune is not as gung-ho about voting on it as Chuck Schumer was when he was Senate Majority leader. In fact, Chuck Schumer sponsored the last version of the bill.

People would have to play around with direct wire transfers to virtual banks (Revolut, Wise, Payoneer etc.) and/or crypto to bypass these monopolistic c*nts.
A dev could set up a public page with his game on it. This version of the game would be SFW one only or it could just be a cover, with some non-functional download link or something, without any game at all. It could be entirely different 'game' if possible. The NSFW version would be shared on platforms like F95.
On this page he could have the IBAN (or Revolut username for P2P transfers) and the wallet address.
This way, when supporters donate him money, KYC/AML of the bank won't mind, since it comes from 'non-adult' source, like the public SFW page with SFW game that he is sharing. There might be some holes in this, but it's just the top of my head.
