Absolutely not. They are completely different - The MC is twice as old in this one.

The MC looks like an absolute tool, also, he may have an underlying medical condition and should really get that checked out.

I can't play a game where the MC looks like that. I can't take anything serious. I keep expecting one of the LI to come out with something like:

I don't know that it is the model though. The other characters have weird faces too. I have seen this before and I don't know if it is someone doing their own expression morphs or if there is some set out there that is free/cheap and is getting used. With the quality of the scenes and such, I don't know if it's the latter, but who knows. It is almost like someone taking random pictures of someone and picking all the worst possible ones. Everyone looks weird in the middle of an expression to some degree.
