if you by now don't know what ic means then it means that game has incest content (either via patch or straight from dev or can be chosen by players).

I've seen several dialogue options marked "Locked" that unlock in due time as things progress,
but there's one with Natalie in her room that says "Locked (Disabled)."
Is it a Patreon thing, old content that's been temporarily removed for re-working, something in settings, or maybe a consequence of a past choice I made?
What's the deal with it?

Just that one Lewd that's locked (and "Back"). It's in the Afternoon time at a point where I'm pretty sure I've done everything I can in the present except give Olivia's badge to Lily.
(Sidenote, what game is Lily from? I know I recognize that name, but I haven't played any of ICC's older games a long time.)

Heeeey... is this one of those games that had a sex scene removed from an older version? I'm seeing arguments that don't make sense to me, because I never saw that version. Any old copies laying around I could see to judge the changes for myself?

You need to time traveler the first time before the code works. In universe, your previous timeline computer sucks and is only able to open the gallery after the new timeline upgrade.
Hi In need of some help.
I started playing the game again and in the early stages you go to the library upper floor to do research on the decahedron by searching for a book.
One of the book cases has a locked chest next to the female statue and I have been unable to find a key for it after completing approx 60-70% of the game so far. Had a look at the OP official walkthrough but it says nothing about it.
Has anyone found the key please. I'm starting to think that there isn't one in the game as it has not yet been implemented.

It appears there is no key yet. In the coding, there is only the "it's looked" option.

I finally made it to this part. It seems joku stand for Julia, Olivia, Kimberly, and you. It wasn't added to the script.rpy so it get an error.
Python:
