Huh? This is a pirate site first and foremost.
Yes, developers are here and promote their games, some don't care at all when there games are leaked, some provide a public version (it will still leak before then), and some don't like it at all (but not much they can do about it) since it promotes their game and it is a pirate site.
With this developer he doesn't care to much about the game leaking, and I just say $5 tier as that's when it will come out here (unless someone leaks it ofc), it's basically the public tier.

well leaker is supposed to 1st inform mods with update and give a link. some cases dev files dcma and link is gone.

Been in/out and they are doing routine maintenance on the fiber lines today. It's going up, as it seems they are done with their maintenance.
