Hey everyone,
As Altered Destiny V0.09c is set to release on the final tier below in the next couple days, I wanted to talk a bit about 'Quality of Life' improvements. If you are unsure what that means, I'm talking about small changes that will make things simpler and more enjoyable for you.
Not everyone prefers a sandbox game. Everyone has their own preferences and I try my best to make things as easy as possible for you. Things like the "!" or "Lewd" notifications on the map to guide you on how to progress the story. There has been other small additions that I have thought about, such as the recent addition of closing your inventory or phone screen by simply clicking anywhere outside it's UI rather than a specific button.

There are some other things I have on my mind to change that can make your experience more enjoyable. Below are a couple changes I'd like to implement:
1) The ability to forward time anywhere rather than just your bed, bath or overworld map. This obviously comes with some restrictions, such as specific story moments or locations that are to be closed at certain times of the day. That shouldn't be too big of an issue to implement, with a simple block if the coffee shop is to close on the next time of day. Overall, that should help reduce the need to return to the overworld map every time you wish to move the time forward.
2) Giving the option to move to the next day via the overworld map. No more needing to go directly to your bed every time you want to move to the next morning if you don't wish to. This obviously comes with some restrictions as well, but should overall make things a bit simpler for you when you are free to roam around as you please.
3) "!" display via the artifact button. Got a quest ready to go in the present while in the past? Get a small graphical detail that helps notify you without needing to manually time travel and check yourself. Obviously, same goes the other way around.

Again, these have been on mind, and it's something I may put some time into implementing on the back end up an update release. Changing code like this always runs the risk of even the smallest mistake that can cause a bug, but when the time comes, hopefully no problems will persist.
If there are any QoL options you may want to request, I'd gladly like to hear it.
PS: The first scene of Altered Destiny V0.10 is finished, and I'm moving onto the second scene tomorrow. Something a bit lewd with Julia. Will go more in-depth on it this coming Friday where I publish the first progress report. Thanks!
