The version 11 is coming out pretty soon that is going to include more changes that has changed some of the content over several of the previous versions. The locked option tells me that there is still something you need to complete to unlock it. Have you taken her science book to her after she forgot it after eating a rushed breakfast? Also what helps is if you have the guide turned on (sort of in game walk through) by placing an exclamation mark over the NPCs icon on the map. If you do not have these exclamation marks by npc icon you can type ( handholding ) in MC's computer to turn them on. If you are playing v0.6, you might want to download v0.10c or even wait a little bit for v011.x to come out. Hope this helps out a little bit for you.

Yes i've finished her quest with the science test and I am playing on version v0.10. She sends the text message after the quest is done.
The only final save I have is on v0.10c completed. You might want to take a look at the gallery. You would be able to see where you have been with a character and what needs to be done. You can unlock the gallery from MC computer by entering "unlockgallery" in the cheat option. You can also turn things off by entering the code a second time. For scenes that have been removed you can use code "retired" to see the ones removed. I think there were 2 for Gwynn and 1 for Natalie. With Natalie you can have several new scenes: beach day, the swing on the beach, a night time scene when she is sleeping, and a couple of others. I can give you the completed save for v0.10c if you like. If so, let me know and I will post it. You could just put it in a open save slot which won't affect your current play. Hope this helps.
Could be. It's hard to know for sure, especially since that was for the alpha. It should be at beta or B2 at this point, I think. There might be more content with them coming that wasn't finished in the alpha. IDK what additional content there will be between pre-release versions. I do know there have been more environment tweaks (improved Kimberly's living room was in the provided screenshot), but I'm not sure on character stuff what further content will show up in 11c or whatever.

Just open the 7zip file and put it in any open save slot.
