IDK, I think at least some groupings would be fine and work out. Obviously Penny–Julia–MC in present-day, and given past events I think you can for sure add Olivia to that. It might even work out to add Gwynn, I think. Not sure if that group could include Natalie or Chloe, though. I could see potentially a Kim–Natalie–Chloe mini-harem as well. I have no idea if any grouping with Sylvia would happen, but I suppose it's possible. I agree that a full harem is unlikely, but I think smaller harems (not just threesomes) are possible.

As always, I'm stuck! I finished the part covered in the guide, and I think I've seen all the scenes 'to date.' But when I skip back to the past, I don't see any markers, and I can't figure out where to go next. (I jumped ahead a whole week in increments, but I don't see a '!' or a '...'!) Any tips on how to proceed?
The game is not finished,
if you go in today or paste for 1-2 weeks, by next next/paste time, and you don't see any markers, it might be that you reached the end of the update.
It's difficult to see without and build in guide or point system like some other games have...
But then the game isn't finished yet, maybe we get something like it in the future...

Sorry, I think I'm misunderstanding. I'm basically stuck two updates back! There must have been some progression I missed. Since I can't find an updated walkthrough, how do I get past this roadblock?
Yeh than it's difficult you probably just miss one thing.
Only thing I can suggest now is for the next 2 weeks (time advance), talk to all the people you see, then something gets triggered after talking to them and you will see those remarks again.
That's one of the problem I have with the game, there should be an internal list with open points, so you know where to search.
I also had a similar problem with the walkthrough, that some events didn't come when you expected them.
For example it is said that you need to talk to your mother after they come home drunk from date night, that one isn't shown as lewd/marker, you just need to go home at night, every night for a week until it's automatically triggered.

I've completed everything suggested by the official guide up to the present. Now I'm going back to check all the "!" and "..." markers I may have missed. Lilly just gave me the warning about the two people being in danger, so I'm heading back to the past to continue. I've attached my latest save file below. Thanks for your help!
