Alright, finally finished with this version. Holy crap what a boring VN this is at it's current version.
I'll give props for the models and renders in general, that's the only thing that actually makes this...ok-ish.
Writing is terrible, way worse than Timestamps even. This one had several repeated dialogue lines.
Tons of word-jerking the MC and his family and marriage. I.e "oh MC you're the best at everything. You're awesome. Perfect. You're the star. You're the best thing to humankind. Your family and marriage is perfect. Everyone is jealous. You're hung like a horse. etc etc ETC".
Felt like half the dialogue in the game was nothing but praising either the MC or someone.
Nothing that felt like an actual story. Sure the 'alternate world/path' thing, but that shit didnt trigger til the very last effing minute of this sleeping pill of a VN.
I really REALLY hope they work on and wrap up Timestamps before they bother with this one. Timestamps is already taking ages between updates, and it will be a decade before that one is done if they're gonna work on this..thing too.
Rant aside, those are just my humble opinion. I can't believe this one already has a whopping FIVE star rating? Five star for WHAT? renders and models only? No minuses for the poor writing, typos, and the utter sleeping pill of a "yap yap yap".
Also, maybe this has been explained, but how can it the OP say Annabelle is MC's daughter, when she's actually his sister-in-law?

MY overall impression of this initial release is...pretty, but hollow and boring. I'll give it a 3 out of 5, the renders and models saves if from being a 2. Definitely not a 1, but 2 or 3 out of 5.
This could possibly become something good after some updates. But for this initial release, I would highly recommend *against* wasting your time. Better to come back after a couple more updates, or at least next update. As for now, this aint worth playing, unless you're extremely bored - because this current version will give you a new meaning of 'bored'.
I expected more, and better from this dev. But we're still early on..so there's always..hope ?

Is the label at the top or in the gender section? No? then it is obvious that there is not.
Love Motkey, I'm very excited/surprised about seeing this come up. So far so good, great models, It's a little awkward though the first chapter is just all the characters (who are related) talking about how sexy everyone is. It's a shame we won't see part 2 for like 8 months.

hahaha you forgot to put \s at the end to denote that it was sarcasm, because it would be very stupid to believe that when the MC "shares" his girl with another while he looks like an idiot, he is not a cuckold.
However, this will not be the case as such, for those who have this doubt and do not want to play this I explain:
The MC is a former undefeated MMA champion, whom everyone he knows (women and men) respects quite a bit (he is not the cuck that the previous user is looking for), the girls in his circle of friends clearly fantasize about him.
BUT there are 2 things to consider in this, the first is that there is a lot of sexual tension between all the characters but nothing "threatening" or that ends in a cheap ntr, again the MC is a big man and they constantly remember him.
Second is that after the intro a "change" of reality occurs and therefore things like relationships are likely to change.
To conclude, it is likely that during the game there will be scenes of other npc having sex, however I am pretty sure that the MC will be present and very active in them or they will be secondary characters, NO, I repeat, I DO NOT think this is going to focus on that (due to Dev's previous work), however I recommend waiting for this to have at least 5 or 6 updates before judging it realistically.

Although it starts with a lot of dialogue (BUT those expecting fast sex) there are several references and situations hinting at what could happen...(or not).
Like the flirtation between son Benny and Perl (and a later conversation between MC and wife Perl)
Mc and his mother-in-law... At least in the first reality, MC doesn't have a daughter.
Anabelle, although some are confused, is Perl's younger sister (no kink daughter for now) but the age difference between the sisters is deceiving.
The father-in-law's strange behavior towards his wife and eldest daughter.
MC meets Mr Oline, father of Gaz oline in timestamps (maybe it's the same city)
Another iconic car (in Timestamps DMC Delorean) now Trueno, well known for the anime Initial D.
For me, the few story choices gave me a script error (the ignore option skips the error, but it can affect the save.)
Once again Motkeyz haunted by the engine, cause of the delay in Timestamps 2 (Aesouh and former partner responsible for the VN engine had the famous Burnout)
I hope they get it right with a good engine dev this time, considering two different worlds and even more code to compile.
The VN started out interesting and always with excellent graphic quality.
