No dev is mia since then...that's why there is the abandoned tag. Game gets abandoned tag from f95 when there is no post on Patreon, SS or similar sides for over 3 months or no game update for over 18 months...

They're still "active" in discord, at least the artist. But the only thing he says is "we're still working" - decide what you think of it^^

The abandoned tag doesn't necessarily mean the game is actually abandoned. It just means that the game hasn't been updated in a long time.
Thankfully we generally went all the way with the important characters, so even if the game is abandoned its not in a super terrible shape.
