First you need to talk to blacksmith in the village, then in bandit camp. And you need to level up lust level.

that blacksmith nothing happens when i talk with him and how do i level up lust level even more, the barmaid doesn't upgrade me anymore, i may be bugged

If you started playing in v 0.40 and then switched to version 0.40a and used the same from the save, then you will still have the bug, you had to start chapter 3 from the beginning. Level 2 of depravity is the maximum for now. I just forgot to change the maximum amount of depravity experience needed for balance.

Try blacksmith in bandit camp. You have portal crystal, and can try without running trough forest

In that case, I have absolutely no idea why it doesn't work. I've double-checked everything several times.
Did you solve the problem? I'm stuck too, I didn't even get to lewd level 2, I beat the ogre after shrinking it, get the main temple key, get the crystal, get the map, but no matter what I do nothing happens, even after speaking with both the blacksmiths. And I can't even work in neither of the bars now, no clue about what's happening...

Did you talk to nun in inquisition camp? And try to sleep in bandit bar, or in your house.

Do you have a save before the start of Chapter 3? In what you sent me, a save during Chapter 3 and the variable responsible for this quest is turned on after defeating the demon in the temple, where Ember finds the broken sword. I was able to launch your save in the project itself, and not in the compiled game. (I don't think it matters). I turned on the variable you need through the console, here's the save.

Yes, I got the sleeping stone with her (that I didn't use because I chose the other option for the blacksmith in the bandit camp) but then nothing else happens after sleeping in the house or in the bar... =\

In the second chapter you were asked to put a sleeping stone under Holly's pillow, if you do this, Holly will become corrupted and this stone cannot be brought to the blacksmith.
