i have a very vague memory that this is related to an enemy somewhere before this area, you get the key from another chest, by defeating him, he is in the way. also the walls around this chest has a small entrance to the next room. so just push through, after finding key.

i dont know but i see another save data this block can destroy and you can pray in there. how to open that ??

for the first one, it literally says what it needs, so you have to have all those requirements passed.
for the second one, i think that boy in the same room, would give you some tips!!! (not sure, can't remember)

That triggers a time-skip, to access post-end game with new missions.

So before you do that, do any other things you still want to do in the world: talk to Noir more, and maybe night-bosses, or maybe more lewd things but it looks like you already did many.

I have a vague memory where you could either buy the food itself or purchase the materials, both from the city nearby. i think one of the foods where fish cookie, and milk and there should be this special soup that she likes too.
