Had the same issue. Go into Preferences and make sure English is selected for language. Mine wasn't. After I selected it, no more Russian text.

Mr. Mason can´t sleep at night and makes noise that Ellen can´t slepp too. And so can Ellen not work. Take the sleep-pills in the hospital at floor 2 room 210 at night (!) and give mason the pills at night....and then you find the next bug...:)

stuff like that adds a lot to the enjoyment of the game.....I call that bad gameplay....if I have a sink that only works once at a certain time, it's garbage for me and I rip it out and build a new one. This is probably called a classic dead end with quest garbage generation.....the programmer should consider whether something like this contributes to the fun of the game.....:)

You discover something when you wash your face.
soon after Alex observes the same thing*, which cause her to take you to the salon .
where you meet Lori for the first time.
(*at this point the task "Washing your face" is redundant)
