The last few updates, which have all been small, have been every 2-3 months:

February 9 2024 (v0.97)
November 4 2023 (v0.96)
August 19 2023 (v0.95)
July 7 2023 (v0.94)

There used to be no real consistency in terms of timing, length, or even the version number so it's actually been a relatively stable schedule in the last year. It's taken a very long time to get here but we should actually see some good Alexandra and/or Kate content pretty soon.
