Those and the ones who are able to press 'L' (or go to the preferences menu) in order to set the language to english and who are able to avoid the unfinished content (check Luckumoide's posts) from this alpha, which was not meant for the public.

right way is to wait that dev actually adds new job for mc. phone parts is future quest like was laundry room on previous update etc.

true but doing quest in advance might break save so needs to have unaltered save (and many use single slot to save).
