The Helen one is the same scene where she got drunk from eating some drunk people, you just have to be in female form.
The Valentine one is immediately after completing the championship, when the angels first show up. Instead of sleeping on a park bench or with one of the Minotaur nuns, walk to the Theocracy and talk to Valentine. You may need to have 5 hearts with her; I’m not sure.
I wish I could give you more specifics on the first one, but I’m a little stuck. My old saves are bugged, and my fresh playthrough also got bugged to where I can’t give Lisa the letter from Helen. Gonna try wiping my old saves and try again.
