If you want to unlock everything; Use the rpg maker cheat menu, go to switches, and set all that list {S} as true. This unlocks the cutscenes in the tower of memories.

I'm giving her the romantic novel, and I'm giving her love potion, I gave her the collar at the party, and nothing is working to increase her affection. Is this a bug that I've encountered?

Have you tried talking to her as a girl? I haven't played in a bit but I recall some scenes/dialogues depending on your active gender.
Full save on 68 you will have to press retry when you load as one character is broken all the way at the end it still worked for me tho.

Unfortunately, yes I did. I tried talking to her as a girl and got the scene where she double teams you with Bertha. I then tried talking to her more as a female, and tried to give her gifts while using the female character. But all for naught I'm afraid.
I didn't realise it would make a difference but i open the game using mtool when I press retry on the game it loads but if I open it without the mtool it stays freaking out. No clue what differnce it makes as I'm not touching anything within the mtool but it must allow me to bypass the bug. I've picked up the habit of always running every game with mtool recently and didn't even think about it sorry.

You can copy any .rpgmvp file from the said folder and rename it. It won't fix problem with this character (Isha), but will fix problem with tower of memory.

don't know about a walkthrough.
But here is some to get you started.
1. First earn X gold to buy a pass from the fox merchant to enter lamia city. (you can sell berries from the bushes to her)
2. come back buy ID from fox merchant for X gold. and enter lamia city, walk as right as you currently can and talk.
3. try and deliver letter to the cow nun with black hair, fail in doing so as you can't see or talk to her.
4. try to become champion, there are multiple ways to do so. (just explore a bit and talk)
