Anyone else having problems with game ending (vore) events not appearing in the tower and memories tab?

Last I checked this site was a majority of non-vore games. Go play those. The tags in the OP were your warning. Seriously vore is like an endangered species on this site. *9 pages out of the 667 pages of games. And most of those only have a minor vore element and aren't even trying to appeal to vore fetish.

it's a random spawn now, you need to wander around for quite a bit, just like the maid headband, look for the sparkles on the ground.

I'm blocked on the right by the forest lamia, on the left by a sister. I can't figure out how to advance the story or make Mie follow me to the forest. Once in town, I can't figure out what to do.

that sounds like a glitch, how did you even get there, revert to a prior save, cause you're not supposed to be able to go into the forest while being followed by the sister, there's a small dialogue that plays as you approach the forest with the sister, and she then becomes the player character for a few seconds to move forwards.
I meant that I can't trigger the quest for Mie follow me in the city. I'm stuck in town with no idea what to do to progress in the story.
ok ok, what are the steps you took to get there? have you talked to kerry to start the champion quest? have you gifted Mei enough? what's the current state you're in maid or not? in what way are you stuck in town? can you not go to the fox merchent?
ok, so kerry is currently to the left, in a sort of blocking of more of the city, try going out of the city and heading to the theocracy, and visit the fox merchant along the way(don't mention you have no money) talk to the lamia guarding the gate who's sleeping(don't try sneaking past) she'll mention needing a passport, then go back to the fox merchant, she'll have the passport, pick up berries and other things, also fighting the slimes for things to sell to the fox merchant, you can also interact with the slime puddles to have them respawn when you leave and come back, after this tell me if you still get stuck.
cause the whole story revolves around you going between both places, you can't just exclude one or the other.
OK, I get it, on the directional sign, I didn't understand that there were three possible choices. I thought there were only two. I didn't understand that I could go to the Lamia at the beginning, I thought I had to go through the forest.

Noticed a similar thing, achievements seem to be the only thing that syncs with sync_data.rpgsave, despite ending images also being accounted in there.
it's really easy to edit saves and unlock everything, unpack with saveditonline, all the t/f variables for pictures (and achievements in the sync save) are on the same tab level so you can replace all lines, paste it back in, pack, and boom: full save.
I managed to unlock all the images by changing to "True" in the "picgl_data" folder using a save editor. Do you know which folder the scenes are in to unlock them in the Tower of Memories?
Edit: I just managed to change all the options to "True" by editing "sync_data.rpgsave"

If I remember correctly you can activate all of the crystals at the right side, then activate one of the crystals at the left, if that doesn't activate reset until you get it.
