Honestly I am not sure. Someone said it is 46 just not correctly named though. Someone who played 45 needs to comfirm that though. as here we only had 0.44 before

If we compare the version 0.45, which was recently merged to us, and the version added by the developer like 0.46, they have an exact match of pictures, so I can say in my opinion he very cleverly wanted to dip us, because 2 more scenes have been added to the 0.46 change log (the translator used may be wrong)

v0.46 was an add-on/patch to v0.45, and what was shared here a few days ago was basically v0.45 with the v0.46 patch already applied

Yes, if you press Q when talking with her the character will look at her feet, keep doing this until she gives you an offer.
After the first scene, the next time you talk with her she is gonna make and offer with you again, if you say "no" while looking at her feet she gives you another offer
i didin't see anything new in the 0.46 compared to 0.45 unless i missed it, is it just a bug fix patch ?
Damn the fights are really hard, you have to stay extremely focused to read the animation and press the right button at the right time. But there are no weapons? The MC wants to punch his way through demons and supernatural creatures?

The 0.45 that was shared IS 0.46, so if you played that, you already played the new stuff
Not that hard actually, most of Sylvaria's QTE are either "up" or "down" and don't change, so once you know which is which, you can easily do it. Also there is a sword you can get to deal more damage to her after losing a couple of times, but she's still beatable without it
