You need to replace both saves from %AppData\Roaming\Renpy\AmorousProfessorCherry% and the one from your "Game folder"
Scat is avoidable. If you choose anal option, you get scat scene.

I have to admit, I really hate that in the game you keep getting fantasy sequences all the time, but nothing happens in 'real' game world other than incredibly long, boring and badly written conversations (seriously, how often do you tell people to shut up when talking face to face?).
