I don't know, I don't think so. The video is more focused on Claud being a cuckold, I really doubt that Claud will show up, maybe other guys will come to fuck Tifa or Barret will bring some other woman, or maybe Tifa will show up pregnant next time the dev didn't divulge anything of what the story will be. so all that's left is to wait, the only thing he showed now are variations he's testing with Tifa's breasts, which was the reason for a complaint in part 2, follow him on his Twitter, he posts things there regarding his videos.
