Wear the black bra, undewear.
You have to wear it 2 times, 3rd time he gives a packet with clothes.
Wear the new clothes 2 times, 3rd time is the new scene at the park.
You can equip them back to back, you don't have to wait at all.

I appreciate the response as I had a hunch from the file name.

Would you happen to know why it behaves the way it does when unpacking though? It never prompted me for a password and seems to have unpacked as an invisible 0kb file.
