The scene with two guys is related to the Delivery Guy storyline. You have to put that skimpy sexy outfit in Amy and then attending the door, once or twice if memory tricks me not.
The other scene is related to he Hobo storyline, that starts with Amy coming across the guy in the park and helping him.

Well I see only 2 scenes so I guess it's Harrison new year event and marks brother event you have everything in the phone
