This game feels undercooked. I hate when devs just slap "completed" tag on games that clearly have unfinished content. Some features are abandoned (trips for example) and whats worse, some characters paths never concluded (Paul for example).

Still one of the goated games. It just got rushed near the end because the dev wanted to start more ambitious project.

Open world games provide a useful constraint to the player. Forcing him to constantly follow the plot and actually PLAY the game, and not just click on pictures.
I consider these to be full-fledged games worthy of more attention.
p.s. how well it is implemented is a completely different question
